All Saints’ Secondary School, Oyigbo, recently held a two-day seminar for staff members on the theme “Leadership That Works.” The enriching session was facilitated by Mrs. Blessing Charles, who shared deep insights on effective leadership and its vital role in education.

Some of the key take-home points from the seminar included:

  • The importance of accountability in leadership.

  • Striving for excellence in education at all levels.

  • Qualities of a good leader, such as faithfulness, guidance, responsibility, vision, and the ability to lead by example.

The interactive sessions provided staff members with practical strategies to strengthen their leadership skills, foster teamwork, and inspire students towards greater success.

The seminar concluded with a time of refreshments and fellowship, creating an atmosphere of unity and shared purpose.
